Over the last 3 years, we have been designing, manufacturing and leasing modular buildings throughout the Greater Wellington Region. Our factory is based in Lower Hutt, Wellington and allows us to service nationwide. The Team at Able Spaces have now manufactured over 64 portable buildings!
