Over the last 4.5 years, we have been designing, manufacturing and leasing modular buildings throughout the Greater Wellington Region. Our factory is based in Lower Hutt and allows us to supply our transportable homes nationwide. The Team at Able Spaces have now manufactured over 150 portable buildings!
