How do we get your prefab home to you?
In the Wellington Region you have a few options for delivery. Smaller designs and even some of the bigger ones (if you have easy access to your site) can be delivered in one go as a finished consented transportable house.
For bigger houses, or sites with tricky or narrow access, we go down the modular house route. We build your home in two narrower sections, then truck them separately to you, and join them together into a finished house onsite.
We provide kitset houses for sites with limited access, that are steep, or if you have a builder you’d like to assemble your home. These are flat packed units that all go together on-site to create a building just the same as we would in our factory.
We don’t just do prefabricated houses either – Able Spaces can help with your commercial building needs. We offer a range of portable cabins, offices, lunchrooms and toilet blocks for our commercial customers. We also offera range of sleepouts and studios to hire in Wellington.
